  • Van Watts

    Van is the founder and president of Pace Realty and has more than 30 years of real estate development, management and sales experience. Van has been recognized for his knowledge and experience as a land buyer, real estate agent, community planner, property manager, and construction liaison in both residential and commercial real estate. Prior to opening Pace Realty in 1993, Van supervised the development, construction operations and sales for several multimillion dollar projects for Hall Development Coastal Division. His work there won several accolades including the prestigious designation of ‘Top 20 Retirement Communities in the Nation’. Active within the community, Van is currently a member of the National Association of Home Builders and Chicora Rotary Club International.

    Director of Marketing of Pace Realty and Pace Group, she leads our marketing department with years of experience in real estate marketing and advertising from both the local builder/developer and national homebuilder perspectives. Tara has managed a broad range of projects from national branding campaigns and $2-million dollar marketing budgets to designing and placing local market ads for small-custom homebuilders. A graduate of The University of South Carolina, she is an innovative, results-oriented communications professional with expertise in all aspects of successful marketing, advertising, public relations, and social media.

  • Johnny Williams

    Vice President of Property Management, has nearly 30 years of property management experience. With a thorough understanding of all facets of property management from accounting, leasing, operations and maintenance, John leads the Pace Realty property management division. Prior to joining Pace Group, John served as a Regional Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor at Hallmark Property Management overseeing daily operations at 3 properties. Known for his extensive and comprehensive experience within the industry, John has also obtained several professional designations and trade certificates including Licensed Property Manager, Master Electrician license, Fair Housing certificate, EPA Certified Type 1 and 2 Refrigerant, Certified Professional of Occupancy and Licensed Pool Operator.
