His company, Shipyard Real Estate, was located in Hilton Head, SC. Jim has previous management and Broker’s experience with RE/MAX and RE/MAX by the Sea. Determined to be the first call a client makes when buying or selling real estate, Jim has dedicated his entire career to meeting his client’s needs. Jim is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and a Certified Residential Brokerage Manager (CRB). Jim is a Professional Real Estate Planner and consultant in the Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet, Surfside, Garden City, and Pawleys Island area.  Jim earns his outstanding reputation by being an active member in our community, when he’s relaxing, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children.

Property Manager Johnny Williams joined Pace Realty in 2006. With over 25 years in residential property management experience, you can be certain that your house and property are in capable hands. Johnny serves as both on-site/acting property manager and maintenance superintendant for The Cloisters Apartments. Johnny is a native to the South Carolina area and enjoys spending time giving back to his managed communities.

The newest member of Pace Realty’s outstanding team is Gladys Chandler. Gladys has come to the Myrtle Beach area from North Carolina and has an extensive background in new home sales, single-family residential sales, income/investment property sales, and marketing. Gladys proudly serves Little River, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Loris, Longs, Calabash, Wampee, Conway, and Socastee. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, traveling, boating, fishing, and shopping. Gladys is licensed REALTOR® in North and South Carolina, holds her Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation, is an Accredited Renewed Rooms Staging Professional (ARSP), and an active member in several local and national realtor associations.
